What is the Forkord Turnaround? What can it do?

The Forkord Turnaround is a combination of the lower halves of
two 10-hole Richter-tuned harmonicas (bluesharps) that differ one tone.

The halves are opposing each other so that the low notes are on both ends
of the harmonica, and the high notes are in the middle.

The Forkord Turnaround is a chord harmonica, but you can play chord melody.
In that case the top notes of the different chords play a melody.

The main feature of the Forkord Turnaround is that
you are able to play the main three chords:

I, the tonic,
IV, the subdominant
V the dominant

in two keys:

In case of a Forkord Turnaround that is built from
a B-flat and a C harmonica that means:

Playing in C, you have the C(I), F7(IV) and G7(V) chord
(The B-flat chord acts as a mVII.)

Playing in F, you have the F7(I), B-flat(IV) and C chord(V)
(In this key, the G7 chord is the II chord, that
acts as a dominant(V) for C.)

Those are the main features, but there is more:

Playing in G, you have the B-flat(mIII), C(IV) and F7(mVII)

Playing in B-flat, you have the C(II), F7(V), and G7(VI)

When you would build a Forkord Turnaround from a
C and a D harmonica, you can play the main three
chords in the keys G and D. And so on.

Simulate some possibilities of the Forkord Turnaround

You can already experience the sensation of the Forkord Turnaround, when you take
two harmonicas that differ one whole tone, for instance a G and an A, or a C and a D, etc.

Play only the lower 5 notes of the harmonicas.

Take the higher harp and blow
Take the lower harp and draw
Take the higher harp and blow and draw and blow

This is: I IV I V I in the straight (blow) key of the higher harp.

The same chord change is also possible in the cross (draw) key of the lower harp:

Take the lower harp and draw and blow and draw
Take the higher harp and blow
Take the lower harp and draw.

This one sounds pretty cool too:

Take the higher harp and draw and blow
Take the lower harp and blow and draw.
Repeat

The chords of the song in the YouTube Presentation:

Take the lower harp and draw draw draw draw blow blow blow
Take the higher harp and draw draw draw draw blow blow blow
Repeat
